BarGuard is operated by BarGuard LLC. If you would like account and inventory updates by text message instead of only by email, sign up below. This is entirely optional.
What you will receive
- Alerts when a count finishes and a variance needs your attention
- Account notices, such as a failed POS sync or a billing problem
- Occasional product updates and new feature announcements
How often
Message frequency varies with your account activity, up to about 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting that number. You can also write “stop texting me” in plain words, or email [email protected]. We honor opt-outs immediately, not on a delay.

Your consent
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to this to create a BarGuard account or to use any part of the product, and nothing about your account changes if you decline.
We do not share, sell, or rent your mobile number or your SMS opt-in to anyone. Consent gathered here is used only to send you the messages described above from BarGuard. It is never passed to third parties, affiliates, or partners for their own marketing.
